In an effort to improve the quality of service within Smooth Transition programs and the community at large:

• Smooth Transition Executive Director, Robin Goins, has accepted the position as an honored Member of the City of Riverside Workforce Investment Board (WIB) Strategic Planning Team 2010.
• Smooth Transition serves on the Advisory Committe for the California Family Life Center serving the Youth Opportunity Centers in Hemet, Rubidoux and Lake Elsinore.
• Smooth Transition Executive Director, Robin Goins, has accepted a position of faculty with Community Action Partnership Riverside County, teaching non-profit development and strategic planning classes to those within the Inland Empire.

Basic Program Hours:

Our classes are held Monday through Friday at locations throughout the Riverside, San Bernadino and LA County areas.  Please contact our office for locations and times.
